The quick launch toolbar sits next to the
start button and enables quick access to the desktop, internet explorer, etc.
1/ Right click an area of the Task bar
2/ From the drop down menu select
Toolbars
3/ From the Toolbar drop down menu select
QuickLaunch.
4/ The quicklaunch toolbar will appear
next to the start button
